Note to all users: we are currently in the process of upgrading MSGene to a new and completely redesigned database code. During this process, certain entries and meta-analyses on MSGene may not be up-to-date. We anticipate the update to be completed in early spring of 2012. We apologize for any inconvenience during this process.
The MSGene database aims to provide a comprehensive, unbiased and regularly updated collection of genetic association studies performed on multiple sclerosis phenotypes. Eligible publications are identified following systematic searches of scientific literature databases, as well as the table of contents of journals in genetics, neurology, and immunology.
